Marketing Content Lead
The Role
Producing high-quality and consistent content that engages GTN’s prospects and customers, driving new business opportunities and broadening current ones. This role will join the Centre of Excellence team and closely collaborate with the Field Marketing team to support each regional campaign and group level initiative.
This role will serve as the hub for the overall GTN’s content calendar, providing high-level visibility across the organisation into cross-functional activation plans. This role is responsible for the infrastructure and processes supporting the content lifecycle, content measurement and working closely with the GTN’s SEMs while understanding the marketing technology landscape and applying sophisticated technology to the content ecosystem for management and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Conceive and execute new concepts and strategies to achieve GTN’s business objectives, and enhance brand equity through content and copywriting
Refine GTN’s brand guidelines to ensure readability, consistency in style, and adherence to the company’s language and tone of voice
Develop messaging, value propositions and messaging frameworks.
Evaluate GTN’s target audiences, customer segmentation and buyer journeys to develop content strategies that engage, inform, and motivate the buyer
Create and edit conversion-oriented copy, including growth, research, product marketing, and community
Establish and manage GTN’s content process workflow and inventory maintenance
Copywriting deliverables include but are not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, research reports, emails, newsletters, advertisements (digital and offline), mobile and web screens, websites, and social media, amongst others
Support ad-hoc content creation projects and writing assignments, as needed.
Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in B2B content strategy and creation that deepens customer engagement and drives sales and advocacy.
Experience within B2B Software and/or Financial Services technologies (FinTech) is preferred
Proficiency in using SEO (AHREFs, Google Search Console) and data tracking tools (Adobe Analytics)
Demonstrable experience in content planning, content packaging and B2B marketing strategies and campaigns
A portfolio with diverse writing samples demonstrating an aptitude for producing clear, original, and impactful copy across a full range of creative formats (i.e., video, digital, print, web, mobile, social, etc.)
Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and research skills and a strong eye for detail
Excellent communicator, including keen listening skills.
Creative and innovative.
Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and implement changes to the process.
Collaborative, able to work across functional teams.
Detail-orientated, well organised, efficient with time management.
