The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for project management & coordination within the group and ARTC team members

Study & develop ROS2 controller based on project requirements ​

Responsible for promotion to and coordination with industry partners both locally and internationally

Job Requirements:

PhD in Robotics from Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering

Very familiar with industrial manipulator kinematics, dynamics, control and motion planning

Good hands-on experience on industrial robot controller and programming libraries

Familiar with C/C++, ROS, Linux OS, Windows OS, and other similar libraries and software tools

Good robot system integration and application experiences

Ability to work with a team and individually, take initiative and deliver under tight schedule
