Senior QA Engineer (Functional Testing)
Primary Responsibilities
- Executes and develops detailed test cases based on requirements
- Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
- Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation
- Mentors and provides training assistance to Associate QA Engineers
Essential Skills
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies
- Experience with web-based applications, mobile app and API testing
- Experience with SIT between applications, functional and non-functional testing
- Identifies, communicates and escalates issues as required
- A team player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle
