• Design, implement, develop and maintain complex software solutions that fully satisfy the business requirement.
• Promote good development methodology and regularly provide technical leadership in a development team
• Provide high quality code reviews, coach junior developers on conduct of code reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst and Product Owner to ensure clear and well-formed user stories for development
• Provide support for functional, regression and performance testing, and provide analysis and recommendation on performance testing.
• Provide technical support including issue investigation and analysis for production alerts; fulfill tasks that aid monitoring of  production health.

Critical Experience and Skills  
‍

·   At least 4 years of specific experience in design and implementation of large and complex business applications         using Java/Spring Boot.

·   Experience developing software adhering to microservice architecture along with a solid grasp of underlying        concepts

·   Experience in integrating applications with other enterprise systems over standard protocols (e.g.,OAuth2/OIDC,         Open API,MQ/JMS messaging, Web Services, LDAP) will be an added advantage

·   Having practice in the following areas

o  Using tools, techniques and technologies to write efficient, performant and scalable software.

o  Working within an agile delivery methodology

o  Working in a continuous integration environment

o  Using a unit testing framework as well as related tools

o  Writing software that follows software development standards and secure coding practices

·   Good verbal and written communication skills and confidence for direct communication and collaboration with         customers and partners, is essential
Educational Qualifications 

·  Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent exposure.
