Tech Lead

Responsibilities

A thorough knowledge in application modelling with UML, design patterns and SOA.

Expertise in JEE technologies particularly Spring and Hibernate.

Experience in database design and development with MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL.

Experience in MVC Frameworks (Spring MVC, JSF).

Experience in application servers and web containers particularly Tomcat / JBoss / WebLogic.

Experience in Web Services, SOAP, XML, REST.

‘Hands on’ experience on Test Driven Development.

A good understanding on Maven/Ant based continues build systems and automation with source control tools such as SVN/GIT/CVS.

Prior experience working in an agile environment using Scrum methodology.

Experience mentoring and guiding junior members of a team.

Experience managing set standards of a project / conduct frequent reviews.

Optional Skills

Experience in Node.Js, React.Js and React Native.

Experience in Domain Driven Design.

Experience in NoSQL/Big data.

Knowledge in Grails.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or any other related degree.

5 to 7 years of Industry experience.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
