Tech Lead – .NET

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and execute software solutions to address business issues
• Mentor and coach team members to foster ongoing skills development
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our development teams
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high quality software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology and product roadmap discussions

We Expect You To Have

• High proficiency & hands on experience in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Microservices
• Familiarity with relational and document databases
• Thorough in Object Oriented Design and implementation
• Experience with cloud based services in AWS or Azure
• Experience in Single Page Application development with React or Angular
• Good knowledge and experience in Software Architecture and Design Patterns
• Experience in working with, Search Engines and Message Queues
• Experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Automation
• 7+ years hands on industry experience
• Be a university degree holder or a self-learner, we welcome anyone who is passionate about software engineering principles and best practices
• Willingness to learn different programming paradigms, languages, and technologies is a requirement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
