Technical Support Intern
i-Context is looking for passionate interns to join our rapidly expanding team. This position is a hands-on intern position where you will be working with the Operational Support team.
Responsibilities:
· The major job responsibility is to provide necessary support (L1) for the current working web applications and Internal support queries.
· Fulfill tasks set out by several departments.
· Conduct researches on domain related topics
· Build and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
· Maintain support ticketing system and documentation of IT support department.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Exposure to Windows servers /SQL Servers would be an added advantage.
· Ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.
